The place where you were... I stare out into the blackness of the night,The place where you were... by ~musicalgal99
We used to marvel at it together, remark on its beauty,
now, all seems empty. A sad and never ending space stretching on forever.
The place where you were has left a gaping hole, spiraling with the loneliness.
I will sit here and think of you. Remembering the good times and the bad. The moments of triumphs and of tears. I will sit here until the hurt is gone and I can learn to live again. Enjoying everything life has to offer, laughing, singing, playing and working until my time comes and I can join you, but for now I will live life. I will never forget, I promise.
I love you,
I lov

Summer That was the summer I fell out of the tree,Summer by ~musicalgal99
Angry red gash etched into my skin,
Stinging,
Searing,
Burning,
Climbing in black gumboots.
I fell,
Dad came running.
That was the summer my cousin died,
16 years old,
It could have been me,
Or my friends.
The service seemed surreal,
The town stopped,
Music,
Pictures,
Wake boards.
That was the summer I moved out of home,
Life's possessions packed into cardboard boxes,
Years of memories stripped from my walls,
Good byes,
Into
Life.

Man, you ain't lived / till you've had your tires rotated / by a redheaded woman. -Bruce Springsteen
You stuff the steel wool inside the egg beaters (small ones), light it and when you spin them round (they are attached to chains) and the sparks go everywhere. That description probably doesn't make much sense at all but it is the best I can do, sorry
